Dr. Heiko Vogler is an attorney at law, Special Solicitor in Intellectual Property Law and partner of the firm. One focus of his work is the pursuit of intellectual property infringements in all its facets – including conducting trials before German courts, coordinating foreign legal proceedings, and worldwide cooperation with governmental law enforcement agencies to combat product piracy. In this regard, Dr. Vogler is a strategic partner and counsel for some of the most well-known trademarks worldwide. Further focus areas of his expertise include the coordination of large-scale and cross-border judicial actions, strategic counseling ranging from prevention of infringement to attainment of intellectual property rights, as well as legal support in marketing campaigns.

Dr. Vogler has been presenting for many years at the Duale Hochschule Baden-Württemberg as an assistant lecturer and adjunct professor in intellectual property and unfair competition law. He studied law at the Universität Konstanz and, after conferral of his doctorate from the Universität Heidelberg, has been practicing at renowned law firms both in Germany and abroad, as well as having served as a judge.
